Middlesex Power Customers are being encouraged to check the mailbox at their home/business during the current Canada Post strike.
Representatives from Middlesex Power have been hand delivering utility bills to customers, and will continue to do so until post office operations have returned to normal.
Customers can also access their billing information online at www.middlesexpower.ca through “Go Figure,” or by phoning the automated account information service at: (519) 245-2010 and selecting option “3” (customers will require their 13-digit account number).
Customers are still responsible to pay their bill by the due date, and there are a number of methods available other than using Canada Post, these include:
- Bank Branch or Financial Institution
- Middlesex Power Office, located at 351 Frances St., Strathroy
- Online Banking
- Credit Card payments are accepted over the telephone by calling: 1-866-417-1732
- Visit www.middlesexpower.ca for additional options, including a link to pay by credit card online.
